International and Domestic Shipping
We at Aquales strive to bring our products to everyone in the world and meet a variety of shipping needs. Our products are delivered to most countries in the world. We work in conjunction with reliable international and domestic couriers to ensure that your package gets to you safe and on time.
All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorization and stock availability. We aim to ship all orders within 3 – 5 working days on receipt of payment.

All orders purchased will be processed and shipped directly from our distribution center in Hong Kong.
The type, quantity, and weight of your package may vary, and as such, cost may vary. Shipping costs also vary depending on your location. To give you extra peace of mind, we are committed to charging a flat rate on any orders. That means if you could get all you need in one order, it should save you shipping cost and help to reduce the carbon footprint.
In an effort to provide the best value to our customers, we are currently offering free shipping on all orders within the limited time period. Otherwise, throughout the year, all orders above the net value of USD100 can be shipped for free using Merchandise Mail Plus or Speed Mail.

Import Duties and Taxes
Local import duties may be payable upon receipt. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside Hong Kong and therefore shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Returning goods on which duty has been paid.
If you have paid import duty for goods received and subsequently return the goods to us, it may be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To do so, you will need to show the proof of duty paid and export (e.g. airway bill or postal receipt) when claiming your refund. Please consult your local customs offices. Due to the current political climate, additional security measures are taking place in many countries. This may result in unexpected delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.
